Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers are entitled to withdraw from a purchase agreement without having to provide a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). Although it is not mandatory, you may use the model withdrawal form provided below.

Should you decide to withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding any supplementary costs for choosing a non-standard delivery method). Refunds will be processed promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days after we are notified of your decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional fees for receiving the refund.
You are required to return the goods to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The return deadline is respected if you dispatch the items before the 14-day period expires.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Unless otherwise agreed or in cases of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed items which are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection if unsealed
Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly
Audio or video recordings, or software, if the seal is broken after delivery
Newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals
Returned items must be unused and undamaged, with original labels, seals, and packaging fully intact. If the product’s value is diminished due to improper handling, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund.
Please ensure that all items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, features, and functioning.
