Warranty Replacement Policy

All electrical products purchased from gostoretrendy.com come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Customers who opt for the additional 1-year extended warranty will receive a total of 3 years of coverage.

If an electrical component is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement unit free of charge.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation

  • Physical or accidental damage to the product

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use


Submitting a Warranty Request

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at info@gostoretrendy.com.

You will receive an automatic acknowledgment. Please reply to that email with a video clearly showing the problem, such as the product turning on, charging, or functioning improperly.

If a video demonstration isn’t possible, we may request that the product be returned to our warehouse for inspection.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD).


Only requests that meet the criteria outlined in this policy will be considered valid for warranty replacement.
